What to expect
Join us for a 3-hour community banya experience by the ocean. We’ll alternate between the heat of a traditional Slavic banya and refreshing cold plunges in the ocean. Inside the banya, you’ll enjoy deep steam, space to lie down and relax, and aromatic veniks made from oak, birch, or linden leaves.
The atmosphere is relaxed, friendly, and community-based. You can go at your own pace — take breaks, cool down outside, drink tea, chat with others, or simply enjoy the quiet.
What to bring
Please bring a towel, comfortable sauna clothing (preferably natural fabrics), a water bottle, and sandals or flip-flops. We also recommend bringing a warm layer (robe, etc) for outdoor breaks between the sessions.

Wellness Event Liability Waiver
Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risk:
I understand that participating in Wellness Event involves inherent risks and dangers associated with various activities, including but not limited to using a banya, taking ice baths, engaging in physical activities on site, consuming food prepared at the event, and any personal food or drinks brought to the venue. I am also aware of the risks of minor to severe injuries, including those from burns, insect or snake bites, and the natural elements present at the festival location.
In addition, I recognize that there are risks associated with leaving my vehicle and personal belongings unattended in the parking area and at the event site. I agree that the festival organizers are not responsible for any loss or damage to any vehicle or personal belongings left in the vehicle or anywhere at the event premises.
By signing this waiver, I voluntarily accept and assume all risks associated with these activities and any harm, injury, or loss that might occur to me or my child/ward as a result of participating in the event, whether or not caused by the negligence of the organizers.
Release and Waiver of Claims:
I hereby release, waive, and discharge festival orginizers, and all other sponsors, representatives, and agents from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, and causes of actions whatsoever directly or indirectly arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death, that may be sustained by me or any minor under my care while participating in the festival or while on the premises under the control of the festival organizers.
Medical Considerations:
I confirm that I am physically capable of participating in the Wellness Event and have not been advised otherwise by a medical professional. Should any injuries require medical attention, I am aware that it is my responsibility to obtain such care and that the organizers are not obligated to provide medical services.
Acknowledgment of Festival Rules and Policies:
I agree to comply with the festival's rules and policies, including safety guidelines and instructions for all activities. I acknowledge that failure to follow these rules may result in my expulsion from the event.
